consists of Liquidations, Estates, Bankruptcy, and Farm-Machinery.
Annual real estate sales in excess of $3 million.
We maintain a full staff and our office hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 P.M., Monday thru Friday.
Our offices are located at 702 East 4th Street, Russellville, AR 72801.
We use the latest technology in clerking our sales through a wireless computer clerking system. All sellers receive computer printouts of
their entire sale upon completion of the auction. We accept Mastercard

Richard L. Spear is the Broker and Main Auctioneer. He holds a bachelor degree in business administration from Kansas State University and a MBA from Mississippi College. Richard is also a graduate of Mason City College of Auctioneering and Mendenhall School of Auctioneering. Richard holds the certificate of CAI (Certified Auctioneers
Institute) in Auctioneering and the GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) in real estate.
Richard is a past president of the Arkansas State Auctioneers Association and he has also won State
Bid Caller in the past. He has just been appointed by the Mayor of
Russellville to serve on the Russellville Planning Commission. He has
recently served a two year term on the Board of Adjustment for the
City of Russellville.
